Smitha V works as a Senior Content Strategist with Adobe Systems. She focuses on creating great customer experiences by blending customer needs with business objects. In her career spanning over a decade and a half, she has worked as a technical communicator, and in the recent past, led the documentation content strategy for Adobe XD and Adobe's eLearning products. She conducted a well-received full-day workshop at the mLearning conference 2012, San Jose, and has conducted regional STC learning sessions.
