Chandrakala Murugesan has 15+ years of experience in technical writing. During this time, she has helped to create many software and hardware documents for semiconductor industry. She is passionate about improving software quality and works on testing the latest software features that she documents, besides filing bugs and requests for enhancement. She is currently working as a Lead Tech Writer in KLA-Tencor, Chennai where she is responsible for documentation process, templates, and quality. In addition, she is leading a group of Technical Writers and is also responsible for migration of documents to XML. Chandrakala holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
