In this rapidly growing digital era and with the invention of new technologies every day, documenting their significance and features along with enhancing user experience becomes a very critical aspect in project development. With the multitude of documents, managing them becomes a greater challenge for a technical writer. This paper discusses efficient and robust methods of documentation management. The first method known as "ClouDocs Management" is simply putting Cloud computing to the best use for organizing, writing and sharing documents, thereby reducing the time and effort spent on document management. This also helps in improving user experience to a great extent as reviewing the documents becomes easier.
The second method, discussed in this paper, can effectively be used in retrieving old documents by providing minimal details. Technical documentation at DCKAP has successfully utilized these methods and has greatly improved "document logistics" within the company and to their external customers.
