Shwetha Madhan wandered into technical communication with an engineering degree in Information Technology. She started out as the only writer for an insurance company, and grew her career over the next 10 years. She worked for IBM before joining VMware as a Staff Writer for Workspace ONE UEM. Her passion for customers and learning new tools lands her the most interesting side projects. She's written for VMware's chatbot, contributed to the taxonomy, and has piloted the latest strategy for release notes.
