I started my journey at Cognizant Technology Solutions (June 2015) - my role was a developer/writer. I worked on guides, manuals and knowledge documents. I joined Epicor in June 2019 and I'm working as a technical writer for digital content. This includes a lot of creativity, innovation and writing!
