Mandy Weiss has always had a passion for words. She is an avid reader and has been a writer for many years. After working at Kodak and SAP, she is now a Staff writer at VMware where her work on VMware Cloud Services enables her to produce a nice mix of documentation peppered with lots of in-product assistance. She is passionate about providing the best possible support experience for her customers and is a strong believer in less is more.
