Dr. Anu Singh

Dr. Anu Singh is a technical communicator who considers herself a work in-progress towards perfection. She is a Ph.D. in English Literature, and works in the areas of technical documentation, project management, client experiences and career development. She is currently working as a Senior Manager, Technical Writing at Fiserv, and managing a global team of writers for the Retail Banking and Data Analytics solutions.

She has presented technical papers in the STC Regional and Annual conferences, and a few other national and international literary conferences like Adobe Tech Comm, ASLE India and IDF Delhi. She has also presented and published literary papers in university journals.
