Many organizations have tried to automate the process of release notes creation. We have also successfully done it, but also went a step ahead and developed a tool for automating the entire process of the release notes. We have developed a RAFT tool (Release Notes Automation Framework for Techpubs) tool for our department that not only helps you to document the release notes but also handles the reviews and publishing of the release notes. By using this tool, we were able to drastically simplify the process of release notes creation and publishing.
